toothache remedies. especially relief. i cannot afford dentist?

Toothache Remedy: There are no home remedies or cures for rotten teeth. No magic pills or rinses or mouthwashes. Toothaches need to be treated locally by a dentist, someone who has years of experience treating these conditions. The sooner you call the sooner you will feel better. Please don't delay, the pain may soon be unbearable.

i went to the dentist for a toothache and he said it wasn't a cavity, nor nerve issues. if it is neither cavity nor nerve, what could cause my tooth to hurt so badly?

Sensitivity: It could be sensitivity. Tooth sensitivity occurs when dentin, the underlying layer of your teeth, is exposed. Dentin is porous and allows hot, cold, sweet, and acidic substances to enter and stimulate the nerves and cells inside your tooth, resulting in discomfort. Sometimes this occurs right at the gumline. Use sensodyne or a desensitizing toothpaste and rinse with Fluoride mouthwash.

i have a really bad toothache.. cant get into dentist until a week.. what can i do to relieve the pain . i've tried almost everything?

Go to ER: Try reaching out to a different dentist or go to the er.  You could have a dental infection and it could spread very quickly.

i have always had low to normal blood pressure and i went to the dentist. toothache can cause a little bit higher blood pressure?

Depends: Severe toothache can and does elevate the blood pressure, specially when accompanied by anxiety of going to the dentist. But, having said that, it is always more prudent to have your  BP checked by your primary care physician. If they give you the go ahead, then make sure you have your teeth checked by your  dentist, and have him/her treat any dental disease.

i've had a toothache for about 2 weeks now, finally got to a dentist she said accessed, yesterday i started feeling dizzy. is the abscess the cause?

Medicine?: Were any prescription drugs prescribed....maybe side effects.  Check in with the dentist by telephone.  Explain your problem.

my 17 year old son woke up with a mouth pain, thought it was a toothache. dentist said swollen palate. refer to endodontist. what could cause this?

It could also be: a viral infection. I would recommend also seeing his doctor, especially if you can do that sooner than the endodontist. it may also be something he ate. Hopefully his doctor will be able to figure it out. Meanwhile have him take some ibuprofen.

33wks. pregnant,  having a bad toothache, tylenol (acetaminophen) not working and cannot see ob or dentist until.tuesday. is it safe to take motrin for the pain?

Call your MD: It  is  not a good idea to take Motrin or other nsaids  during pregnancy.  It may cause premature closure of a duct in the  baby's  heart. If you have pain  call your OB now  and  she can  prescribe   another type of  medicine or you may go  to urgent  care

: The chances of nerve damage are extremely low if not negligible. The chances of infections and sepsis from not treating those rotten teeth is much greater. You've neglected your health for a long time and now you don't have much of a choice but to be treated.  Failure to treat will only make things worse.

Sinusitis: If your sinuses are inflamed, your maxillary teeth may feel achy. If you do not have a cold or allergies and your dentist cannot determine the cause of your sensitivity, please see an endodontist.

i didn't get a root canal, and i been having off and on tooth pain. recently, stopped but now im having sharp tooth pain shocks back and forth. what's the reason for this pain, and when should i see a dentist?

: You should see your Dentist immediately.Further delay can cause 
swelling of face .In the meantime ask your Dentist to prescribe Antibiotic and pain medication .
