Not sure of his: age or how long this has been going on. Is he losing his baby teeth at this point?This could occur if he has just lost a baby tooth in that area. Very common: After the tooth is removed, such overhanging tissue should also be cut and trimmed but even otherwise there is nothing to worry about. If concerned, visit your dentist for post-up appointment.

I : I don't think you have to worry about a broken tooth causing a blood clot or an aneurysm, which is an abnormal widening or ballooning of a portion of an artery due to weakness in the wall of the blood vessel.

You have to be worried about an infection which can spread into your bone, and possibly your bloodstream, taxing your immune system. Add in the possibility of localized swelling and the pain involved, and you can see that you need to make it a priority, somehow, someway, insurance or no insurance, to see a dentist.

Self medicating with an unknown antibiotic that you don't know will even work, let alone if you even have an infection, is not the correct way to treat this. Get in touch with your county department of social services for guidance and get this longstanding problem treated before it becomes an all out emergency.

i had a tooth extracted and some stitches fell out today, there is since a small bubble of gum hanging down. i wanted to know if it's normal.

Stitches: Stitches ususally come out 7-10 days after the extraction.  So depending  on how long ago you had your extraction this may be normal healing.  If you are having swelling, severe pain  or any concerns call the dentist or oral surgeon  and they can answer your question and tell you if you are healing normally.

It varies: A wisdom tooth is just another tooth erupting in your mouth. It could take weeks to months depending on the rate of eruption of the tooth. Some wisdom teeth never fully erupt and you may develop soft tissue problems. If the area becomes sore  rinse with salt water and see your dentist.

See a dentist !: Gingival tissue that is separating from the tooth forming a pocket like that could be indicative of periodontal problems. The sooner you are examined and treated the sooner your problem will be arrested. You really can't do anything personally to correct periodontal defects.

Impacted canine: Sounds like you're having an impacted upper canine tooth exposed for orthodontic treatment. If that's correct, the flap could be even larger than you describe. However, it will feel to your tongue like a large hole. If you're concerned, speak to your oral surgeon abou the size of the flap. Your description certainly does not sound too large. Good luck!

ive got teeth #30 and #31 pulled on july 21st there was a white tissue growing over both sites everyday but now today i look in mirror and the white tissue is gone on tooth number #30 its a little white still but mainly red is this normal im on day 4?

No: There is usually no scar tissue following the healing of an extraction. Have the dentist who extracted the tooth examine the area to see what is causing this color.
