It might: When did you have the tooth extracted and the implant placed. If all of that was recently then it should tighten up if the tooth and its supporting tissues are sound. If the loosening of this tooth has started after the implant was restored with a crown then it might have an issue with it.

Gauze: Pain is often due to bruxing. Try a piece ofngauzenfolded over 2 or 3 times a place one piece between your teeth to keep them apart.  If this helps after 2 or 3 days, get a soft mandibular orthotic fabricated by you dentist to prevent injury to teeth, jaws, muscles and tmj.

root canal 2 weeks ago.  now jaw pain and clicking  sound on the same side as root canal.  some soreness/throbbing to tooth and gums.  is this normal?

Many Issues: TMJ "clicking" when opening and/or closing is not directly due to the root canal therapy. Keeping your mouth opened wide during the procedure may be the problem. Pain around the tooth or joint? Soreness around the tooth should be investigated by your treating dentist.

Click?: Without seeing you it is hard to know exactly what you mean and when this occurs or what causes it to occur.

Make an appointment with your dentist to determine exactly what is "going on" and determine the appropriate treatment.

Doubtful: It is doubtful that the teeth themselves are causing a clicking noise, since the teeth have no mechanism to do so. It may be your tmj, or it may be when your teeth occlude. Let your local dentist take a look.

my 9 month old grandson has been clicking his tongue &  grinding his teeth also  has not pooped?

Question?: I guess you like to know if these are related!? Clicking tongue is good, practicing sound, grinding is normal as teeth are erupting and is very common in children and babies. Not pooping is related to something else. Depends how long he has been constipated, formula or nursed, other diets.... Check with pediatrician and be specific with a brief history when you pose the question so a better answer.

TMJ: Sounds like tmj. There are no recognised specialists. Your best bet is to call the local dental society for a dentist with special training for this.

jaw locks in the morning and is feeling stiff now. i have been clicking it to open it for a few mornings now.  today it is difficult to chew. it is not currently locked, but is extremely stiff. my back left teeth feel out of place when i try to chew?

Joint dysfunction: Sounds like the disc in your Temporomandibular Joint (Jaw Joint) is displaced. Should be evaluated by your Dentist. Lots of causes, not limited to, trauma, malocclusion, parafunctional habits, stress, anatomical relationships of your bones to each other, stress, anxiety, and so forth. Please get examined by your Dentist who may treat this or refer you to someone competent to treat TMJ Dysfunction.
