Question?: I guess you like to know if these are related!? Clicking tongue is good, practicing sound, grinding is normal as teeth are erupting and is very common in children and babies. Not pooping is related to something else. Depends how long he has been constipated, formula or nursed, other diets.... Check with pediatrician and be specific with a brief history when you pose the question so a better answer.

Not Related: A nine month old who has teeth is slightly advanced. It is not unusual or harmful for kids to grind their teeth as they come in. The tongue clicking is normal behavior as well. The issue of baby constipation should be addressed by your pediatrician. I don't believe it is a dental related problem.
