Yes and maybe : Definitely can lead to sore and/or broken teeth. Sore throat is a stretch, but its possible that the large internal muscles that attach to the inside of the back of the lower jaw can become sore if over-stressed. See your dentist for a proper hard night guard to wear while sleeping to decrease stresses on your teeth.

Multiple symptoms: I think you have multiple symptoms of different conditions, tooth ache has to be attainted to by a dentist, sore throat from possible cold of flue infection, and the skin , you already stated that you had contact dermatitis...Dermatologist ?

Yes and no: Chronic bruxism can make your teeth sore from the constant pressures exerted, but will not cause a sore throat.  See your dentist for the bruxism and a physician for the sore throat.

Abscess: Sounds like abscessed tooth with spreading infection.  Get help immediately before infection spreads any farther.  Call Dentist, Endodontist, oral Surgeon, or go to ER with Dental Department.  The longer you wait, the harder to treat.

Not necessarily: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, Elevated CRP in someone with infection is an expected finding. You may wish to repeat the test about 6 weeks after you have recovered from the infection. 
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

have what i believe to be a tonsil papilloma experiencing earache, tooth pain night sweats sore throat hoarse voice..reason to worry it's cancer?

Interesting: Tonsil papillomas are viral infections, but they do not explain the tooth pain. Hpv types 6, 8, 11, and 13 are known to increase cancer risk.  Your symptoms as indicated do not indicate cancer, but typing the kind you have and going for biannual oral cancer screenings are wise in order to prevent or identify early conditions. The tooth pain could be something else. Get evaluated by a dentist.

Infected tooth: The cause of your symptoms appears to be that infected tooth. You must go see an oral surgeon and have that tooth extracted.

Could be: Yes they can be related, either from having dental procedure and the instrumentation used or from the infected secretions going down into your throat and setting up an infection.

Perhaps but....: If you have a bad tooth that is infected the infection can spread towards your throat.  Since you never say where the bad tooth is.  
This being said...Why not visit your dentist and have the tooth treated and see if your sore throat goes away.  You'll know after a round of antibiotic treatment or if the tooth is bad enuf..Getting it removed. Try not to live with an infection.
