Interesting: Tonsil papillomas are viral infections, but they do not explain the tooth pain. Hpv types 6, 8, 11, and 13 are known to increase cancer risk. Your symptoms as indicated do not indicate cancer, but typing the kind you have and going for biannual oral cancer screenings are wise in order to prevent or identify early conditions. The tooth pain could be something else. Get evaluated by a dentist.

Maybe: With a history of tobacco use, any growth in the mouth should be evaluated by an oral surgeon or ent. The tooth pain and earache are potentially related to each other, but probably not to the growth on your tonsils. Best advice i can give you is to see a dentist for a full examination to check the dental pain, and he/she may very well refer you to an oral surgeon or ENT for your tonsils.

Tonsil/toothpain: What do you see when you see the tonsil papiloma-is it enlarged on both sides? Does the tooth pain localize to a certain tooth- see your doctor and dentist to check things out.

Possible, but: Possible, but your age suggests non-cancer. See ENT surgeon for exam, recommendations.
