Yes and maybe : Definitely can lead to sore and/or broken teeth. Sore throat is a stretch, but its possible that the large internal muscles that attach to the inside of the back of the lower jaw can become sore if over-stressed. See your dentist for a proper hard night guard to wear while sleeping to decrease stresses on your teeth.

Maybe: If you are a heavy bruxer , you can damage tooth structure and cause pain if the nerve or the periodontal ligament is affected . The sore throat is caused by something totally separate. Consult with your dentist for a better diagnosis.

Yes/no: Bruxism can definitely lead to generalized tooth pain but I have never seen it lead to a sore throat. If your throat remains sore you should see your M.D.

Yes: Yes. Toothaches from direct trauma to teeth, and sore throat from muscle pain in throat muscles. See TMJ-orofacial expert for guidance. Any dentist can be a TMJ expert with the proper training and experience. Most commonly, oral surgeons, prosthodontists, and orofacial pain specialists. Ask your MD, your dentist and your dental society for referrals.
