Multiple symptoms: I think you have multiple symptoms of different conditions, tooth ache has to be attainted to by a dentist, sore throat from possible cold of flue infection, and the skin , you already stated that you had contact dermatitis...Dermatologist ?

Many possibilities: Your symptoms seem to be quite diverse. You should be seen by your family physician for the rash, throat, and cold-like symptoms. The toothache may be related to those, or a separate issue. If it is severe, see a dentist or endodontist as well.
