Yes and no: Chronic bruxism can make your teeth sore from the constant pressures exerted, but will not cause a sore throat. See your dentist for the bruxism and a physician for the sore throat.

Yes and no: I do believe bruxism can lead to generalized tooth pain. I do not thing it alone can lead to a chronic sore throat. Please see your dentist who can follow up on this best.
