my gum seaps and dentist said it is not tooth or gum abscess and there is no pain , what is my problem?i also have a low grade fever and feel weak.

Get medical eval: The mouth is important of your body and a general medical condition can also show up in your mouth. Get it checked out by your physician if your dentist doesn't  feel it is coming from your gums.

consistent low grade fever for over 2 weeks. pcos, anemia, anxiety, deppprision, tooth abcess, acne under my chin that won't go away. been on clindmaycin?

Mix of problems: You have a mix of different problems here -- some which are chronic, and others which are more acute.  Both need attention.  Your low grade fever may well relate to your tooth abscess -- is a dentist treating you?  Antibiotics alone without dental treatment will likely not eliminate the infection or the fever.  The other issues can be addressed via your primary care physician and psychiatrist.

have a tooth abscess being treated for it. but ive devolved leg and foot pain the last day or so. im also tired. can this be signs of sepsis? or is it in my head. i dont have a fever my bp is normal, normal 02 levels do you have to have a fever?

: A periapical tooth abcess is sepsis but I think it's localized in your case with no relationship to leg &amp; foot pain.  More description of this pain would help us give a cause for those symptoms. See your physician as needed.

Low grade fever: Is common after any operation that involves general anesthesia, but it really depends how high it is.  If it goes above 101, contact your surgeon.  You might need to be on antibiotics to control infection in the abscess area.

i had an anal abscess i&d and a fistulectomy almost 7 weeks ago. still running low grade fever  . so far tests normal. thoughts?

See details: Abscesses and fistulas can be difficult and sometines require antibiotic treatment fir many weeks.  There is also a possibility of crohns disease. See a gastroenterolgist.

Tooth Extraction: Dental extractions by themselves do not cause fevers or fatigue. You may have an infection related or unrelated to the extractions. It would be wise to visit your surgeon for a post operative follow-up.

Seek treatment: You should make an appointment to either have a filling in the tooth if it can be restored or have it removed.  It will only get worse and can be quite debilitating, especially over the holidays (that's usually when these things flare up and become quite painful).

Depends: Varies between 7-10 days, assuming that you are on the correct antibioticm dose of antibiotic, metabolsm and/or other underlying medical conditions.

Falling creatinine: If i read your question correctly, your creatinine (c) fell from 3.0 to 1.9 mg/dl in 20 days. As your c fell, it seems as if you had acute kidney failure, not "early nephropathy". You can take Clindamycin without a dose reduction if you have kidney disease as it is not cleared by the kidneys. Speak to your doctor about the cause of your "nephropathy". Good luck.
