Mix of problems: You have a mix of different problems here -- some which are chronic, and others which are more acute. Both need attention. Your low grade fever may well relate to your tooth abscess -- is a dentist treating you? Antibiotics alone without dental treatment will likely not eliminate the infection or the fever. The other issues can be addressed via your primary care physician and psychiatrist.

Pills won't fix: Fever, chin "acne" may be due to infected tooth. Antibiotics will control short term, but will not cure. You need to see Dentist immediately to treat abscess. PCOS and anemia may also be related to abscess as bacteria spread throughout your body. See OBGyn. Anxiety & depression require mental health practitioner. If acne does not improve when abscess is treated, time to see a Dermatologist.
