Allergic purpura?: Skin bruise-like bleeding is referred to as "purpura" and when it is combined with allergic rash, "allergic purpura"; this implies that you probably had an allergic reaction to something in your environment (food, clothing, chemical, bug bite etc) which injured your skin capillaries and thus manifested as rash-bruise. Raynauds?: It sounds like she has reynaldo's disease, but she is a bit young. I would see pediatric cardiologist or vascular surgeon.

Be concerned: You shouldn't worry, but you should be concerned.  Discoloration of the tooth is not normal
take your toddler to a children's dentist to make a diagnosis, and see if there is any treatment necessary.

Possibilities: This is a vague description. Many with a slight blue to purple appearance in that area have nasal congestion due to irritants or allergy. This reduces blood flow and increases the oxygen loss to the local tissues making the blood darker. I don't find it worrisome. If you tug the lower eyelid down you can see how bright pink the tissue is which is what the real circulation delivers to the brain.

Scar: Whenever you have an injury to the skin- insect bite, chicken pox, acne, etc.- there is a possibility of leaving a scar. You may be able to use a scar reducing cream or ointment, but some scars can last for your lifetime.

Not recommended: Elomet is probably a bit too strong for her.  better to find out what is causing the rash.  Some causes may be treated with a lower potency steroid as part of the management plans, but other causes may necessitate a different approach

Could be...: While irritation from wind could be one cause or an additional irritant, in that age group peri-oral dermatitis (rash around the mouth) is most often caused by her licking around the lips and mouth. It even has a doctor name called "lip-lickers dermatitis. Sometimes moisturizers such as vaseline or lip balm put right on the skin can be helpful. Encourage her not to lick around lips.

Maybe/not: Poop color generally reflects dietary intake. Various food dies may not be altered in transit &amp; stain the poop. If the kid has/had cramps &amp; colicky activity followed by such a stool it could be caused by blood from a worrisome gut abnormality.

Probably a bruise: Toddlers have a high tolerance for pain and are constantly injuring themselves so he may not have noticed a bruised ear.  If you have any suspicions that he may have been abused or if the marks do not fade you take him to your physician.
