Same aa sequence: tPA and its recombinant version (Activase) are identical with respect to the amino acid sequence.  There have been reported some minor differences with respect to glycosylation of the protein, but this is well within the specifications of the cGMP production by the manufacturer.

Specialists: You don't mention your age, but if you're on the young side,  your syndrome appears to have features of a vasculitis in view of the TIA history, lung symptoms and ANA titer. For this reason I recommend having a rheumatologist involved in your care. I wonder if a biopsy of your lymph nodes has been done to check for systemic vasculitis or whether the nodes only show nonspecific reactive changes.

SaveItForABarbeque: Activated charcoal adsorbs lots of stuff but is not used for"food poisoning"unless due to a toxic chemical,not the type of food poisoning from bacteria or viruses. Some say it's OK for gas but i don't think so.It comes as tablets &amp; as a liquid mixture.The mixture can get really messy &amp; tastes like Hawaiian poi.Take too much and it will constipate you.And if you take medications it will adsorb them

After a course of treatment, your therapist might think that you've advanced enough to try it on your own and just return for boosters if needed. These are real skills to acquire. Try it for real. It may lower your need for meds.
