Should be mild: The side effects should be mild. It really depends on what type of medical condition you have, what is found with the biopsy, and whether it can make a diagnostic difference

Dry mouth and eyes, sinuses etc, came on severely and quickly, Sjorgens and autoimmune ruled out by bloods, scan and lip biopsy, thyroid, diabetes etc all normal, not taking any medication, What else could it be? What dr would investigate this?
