Dont worry: We always heal with scar formation. Adhesions are sheet like scars that span across the abdomen. In many cases you have them for yeas and never are bothered by them. The risk is one of these bands wrapping around your intestine and strangling it. In that case you will have intense abdominal pain an distention. It likely will never happen but check any abdominal pain greater than normal cramps

Abdominal pain: every surgery including removal of adhesions can cause a new formation of scars, if the abdominal pain is a frequent symptom you might need another surgery
