Lip lesions: White bumps on the upper lip could be a number of things.  The most common of which are specialized glands called Fordyce spots.  In order to be certain, i recommend you consult a dermatologist to rule out other possibilities including flat wart, milia, etc.

i have tiny bumps on my upper lip. you can barely see them but i feel them. they also itch sometimes. i use vaseline. what do i do to get rid of them?

Bumps: It depends how long, hard/ soft, fluid or pus?  I get impression these have been there a bit, i wonder if poss. You r referring to milia.  They are tiny, firm little bumps (similar to the bumps many people call baby acne). They can be itchy ; annoying but not true problem medically.  If they bother uur docs can help. Do not try to "pop" milia.  They have a hard core that must be removed.

i got a lip booster and after i put it on my lips it appeared a tiny bump on my upper lip and i popped it and i dont know of its a scar or now cause it has a black spot and a bit raised thats idented in the middle.how can i get rid of it and whats it?

: It was a bad idea to have popped it because that may have provoked more inflammation. The scab should fall away in time and the amount of scaring may be reduced if you use moisture that is healing on the lip. Be patient and less vain may be the best option.

Need more info: Skin conditions are very difficult to comment upon without seeing them. Do you mean lip or the skin between your nose and lip?  Are the bumps raised or flat? Are they less than a millimeter across? How long have they been there? Do they change? Come and go?  Best to see your doctor for proper assessment.

New lipstick?: Sudden rashes or bumps can be due to a new skin care product, cosmetic, sunscreen, or lip gloss, or even toothpaste or mouthwash.  Stop anything new that you have begun using in the last month, including soaps, detergents, perfumes, etc.  If this does not resolve in a few days, see a doc for a better answer based on an in-person exam.

Get it checked if: It is difficult to say whether it is something to worry about or not.   My best advice is to see if it resolves (goes away) in a few days.  If it does, nothing to worry about.   If it does get bigger, painful or worse, then you should have your primary care physician look at it.  Mostly likely it isn't something to worry about.

Lip rash: Lips have small glands in them just like other parts of the skin that keep the skin soft. It's possible that whatever activity you engaged in may have irritated the skin and caused these symptoms. Other things to consider are any new exposures that could have irritated your skin such as a new lipstick or even latex exposure. Safe sex is very important and good to talk to your partner about it.

Not cold sores.: Cold sores are typically groups of painful blisters, so doubt that it's that. May be having an allergic reaction to something. Try 1% Hydrocortisone cream. If that doesn't work, let a dermatologist have a direct look at it.
