Need more info: Skin conditions are very difficult to comment upon without seeing them. Do you mean lip or the skin between your nose and lip? Are the bumps raised or flat? Are they less than a millimeter across? How long have they been there? Do they change? Come and go? Best to see your doctor for proper assessment.
