Get it checked if: It is difficult to say whether it is something to worry about or not. My best advice is to see if it resolves (goes away) in a few days. If it does, nothing to worry about. If it does get bigger, painful or worse, then you should have your primary care physician look at it. Mostly likely it isn't something to worry about.
