Varies: Numbness is typically a neurological complaint.  After a knee replacement, numbness can be related to an aggravation of a nerve in the back, or it can be something more near the knee replacement itself; which is what you are implying when you say the nerve may have been "nicked". A nerve conduction test can usually tell the cause or at least location of the problem.

Yes: The tibial plateau fracture alone can take 3-6 months to fully recover. Most are improved by 6-12 weeks . Your just at the point where you should be starting to increase your weight bearing but it won't be normal for a while. These take 3-6 months to really improve.

Tendonitis and......: enthesopathy-fancy term for tendonitis.  Specifically inflammation of the tendon at the bone attachment or the origin of the muscle in question. Origin is where muscle originates from or anchors to, so when it contacts it can move the joint (in this case the hip). Periostitis is inflammation of the periosteum, the outer fibrous covering of bone.  Contains many nerves and vessels. Painful condition.

Bone pain : Periostitis implies either chronic inflammation or a bone infection, perhaps by the amount of pressure or friction you apply to that part of your hindquarters. If you know that much about what is going on with the bone, you should have gotten some feedback from the doc who ordered the x-Ray or scan. See an ortho ASAP for a treatment plan !!

Not a sign of cancer: Periostitis is just an inflammation of the outer lining of the bone.  This could be due to just about anything although it is commonly associated with trauma, overuse or infection.  Cancer usually produces much more overt signs and symptoms. Fibromyalgia does not produce periostitis.

: For documented sinusitis caused by an infection a course of an appropriate antibiotic for 7-10 days is usually effective. Occasionally up to 3 weeks of treatment is needed. It's also important to keep sinus draining by steam inhalations and/or nasal decongestants if necessary.
