It depends,,,: Since thyroid levels are important during pregnancy, a normal TSH range is the best indicator of no disease.  These days, anything around 2.5 is optimal as a higher level could mean an increased risk of hypothyroidism.  Control of this is really important for normal fetal development.

If you're hypothyroid it's crucial to take thyroid hormone when pregnant; having low thyroid levels reduces fertility & greatly increases risk of miscarriage. Thyroid dose may need to be adjusted when pregnant.

Levels okay: Your thyroid level is normal.  During pregnancy we like to see the TSH level under 2.5.  You should have your level checked every 2 months while pregnant.  The abnormal thyroid antibodies have no impact on the pregnancy.

TSH high: Your TSH is still high, you need more thyroid hormone.  Once you are pregnant you are likely to require even more, so you want to have your TSH under 2 before pregnancy and have your thyroid level checked again as soon as you know you are pregnant.

Speak to your doctor: It may be that you're not getting enough thyronorm and your dose needs to be increased which seems more likely.  It may take 1-3 months for the TSH level to go down, but should have been coming down if you've been taking it regularly for the past month. I suggest to talk to your doctor who has done the initial workup about adjusting your dose.
