Need more data: Hi. Was the dose still being adjusted when she got pregnant? Thyroid dose often needs to be increased early in pregnancy. All OB's know that and will either manage or refer to an endocrinologist. "Lev. was 33"...hmmm. Many "levels" in the body and thyroid function. Are you referring to TSH? That's my guess, but we're really not here to guess. She can get data and info from OB. Good luck to her!
