My tsh is 10.455. iam taking thyronorm 75 mcg .is it right time for pregnancy?

TSH high: Your TSH is still high, you need more thyroid hormone. Once you are pregnant you are likely to require even more, so you want to have your TSH under 2 before pregnancy and have your thyroid level checked again as soon as you know you are pregnant.
