Vomiting: Vomiting can be caused by several things.  A mild case of viral gastroenteritis may produce vomiting without any other symptoms.  Early pregnancy can cause vomiting, food poisoning, anxiety, irritable bowel syndrome, esophogitis, atypical heartburn, gerd, etc.  If this persists, see a dr. And get tested to see what is causing your vomiting.  Good luck to you.

Alcohol: The obvious easy answer is to stop drinking alcohol.   I'm not one to quote the law a lot, but I notice that you are only 17 years old, too.  I am not aware of anywhere it is legal to drink at 17.  In my experience, many alcoholics start drinking in their teens as a way to self-medicate and try to escape problems.   I'm worried about you.  You should see a counselor or therapist, and a doctor.

Mixing : Mixing bleach and ammonia can create choramine vapor which is toxic.  If you cleaned your own apartment  and are still in it, you and who ever else lives in the apartment should exit it immediately and get to fresh air. Do not re-enter the area where the gases were mixed.  If you cleaned someone else's apartment, you need to contact the police so that they can ensure they have not been impacted by toxic fumes.  It is likely that you inhaled poisonous vapors.  
       Recommend that you call 911 for emergency assistance.  Follow their advice.  You need to be medically evaluated emergently. 
       Call poison control at 1-800-222-1222 after you have been medically cleared. They can provide you on instructions on how to  work with the area contaminated by toxic gas.

See a pediatrician: Unexplained vomiting could be a sign of an underlying problem and shouldn’t be ignored, even if he seems fine in between vomiting.  A thorough history, including an evaluation of his diet, labwork  and physical exam is recommended.  It would help to know when this began and how frequent, any diet changes, new medication or supplements (like vitamins) any changes in his stools &amp; check ht and wt.

If you dont have fever and the vomitings seem to be under control, this should pass in ~48 hrs with just oral fluids and restrictions of solid foods until better. If vomitings persist to cause dehydration, pl go to urgent care for immediate assessment.

Possibilities include viral gastrointestinal infection, gastritis, migraine(if headache persists),severe indigestion, medication intolerance(if you were taking any). I assume pregnancy is not an issue.

Clear fluids!: Perhaps water. Ginger ale has some actual anti-emetic qualities. Avoid solid foods till your nausea subsides. Also, hot tea, especially herb or green tea can help.
