Unlikely: Without more direct contact, the risk of spread is low.

Maybe: If it is a food bourne illness you may also be exposed if you ate the same thing. If it is infectious or contagious than you have certainly been exposed. You also may be able to fight the problem if you are healthy. If you are having the same symptoms than you know what to expect. Stay hydrated so you do not get weak . If she has a low grade fever, it may be viral ; contagious.

Yes: But not from a kiss on the cheek, sounds like the stomach flu and you can get it from being around her all night especially if shared food or drink. If you get it it will be usually within 72 hours.

Possible: Certainly viral infections, such as a viral gastroenteritis can be contagious with close contact, but kiss on the cheek does not guarantee infectious spread. Watchful waiting is all you can do. Stay well, best wishes.

Yes,if viral: If your friend has a viral gastroenteritis, she would be contagious and able to transmit the virus to you.
