I inhaled bleach and ammonia and i keep throwing up and feeling sick i was cleaning apartment and inhaled bleach and ammonia. now i feel sick and won;t stop throwing up. what can i do and got a cough that hurt that won't stop

It is likely that you inhaled poisonous vapors. Recommend that you call 911 for emergency assistance. Follow their advice. You need to be medically evaluated emergently.
