Vomiting is my main symptom. i have been feeling ill for 3 days now. it is only getting worse. day 1 i woke up with a headache and later started vomiting.

Vomiting: An examination by a physician is advisable. After 3 days of vomiting,a diagnosis is needed and dehydration is a concern. Ongoing headache would be very worrisome. Possibilities include viral gastrointestinal infection, gastritis, migraine(if headache persists),severe indigestion, medication intolerance(if you were taking any). I assume pregnancy is not an issue.
