Vague: Hard to say without a history and an exam.  I would consider seeing an ENT specialist to check your throat to make sure nothing is lodged in there, etc.

i notice like a red cut on my throat far back its in the left side,  i feel like something's there could the line be it? it's red like it was cut.

Have it examined: Blood vessels can look very much like a cut on that secion of the throat. If you are feeling something it would be a good idea to have a doctor examine the area to be sure things are ok.

last night i awoke felt like my throat was being cut on one side and it made it so i could not swallow , so i coughed non stop still could not swallow?

Tonsullitis: Probably a tonsillitis. If you really can't swallow and you are drooling it could be and abscess or a cellulitis. Need to go to the dr. Right now.

See a doctor: There is a pouch behind your tongue and above the epiglottis where food/tablets/objects can get stuck. If symptoms of gagging, burning and swelling occur in the throat after taking a tablet then you should seek urgent medical attention at your local emergency room/doctors room.

i used my fingers to make myself throw up and now it feels like i have a cut on the inside of my throat on the left side. this is day 3. i think it is?

Injury: Both the retching and the finger manipulation may injure your throat. I hope this is not what you do often in trying to reduce weight since it is a rather unhealthy habit. Once an injury occurs, it may take days to weeks to heal. If the pain fails to improve in another week, see ENT.

i feel like i have a cut in my throat on right side, it's not sore at all just when i swallow it feel like a cut is down there. any idea?

Aphthous ulcer: A common cause of a single sore or sensitive spot in throat. Try gargle with salt water and take ibuprofen. See ENT if pain does not resolve within 10 days.

i feel like i have a cut in my throat on upper right side, it's not sore not painful at all just when i swallow it feel like a cut is down there since a month. when i have taken picture of my throat, it looks like dark red vein. ?

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests.  You may try gargling with warm salt solution and drinking warm drinks, if that does not resolve the issue in a week or so it would be prudent to see your doctor. 
Get HPV vaccine.

tonsil on one side is swollen. have tonsil stones but its worse this time. small amount of blood, looks like small cuts on tonsil. faint bumps on back of throat. is this something serious or can i stick with home remedies for now? thanks!

Have it checked: Ideally by your physician who knows  your baseline. Given chronic aspect of your problems you should be established with ENT by now. Based on description you might need a culture at a minimum.

i cut the back of my throat-left side. it doesnt hurt but the scar tissue from where tonsils were is torn.. should i be concerned?

No: No, this should heal in due time. If you have problems swallowing or persistent pain, then see your doctor, but this should resolve on its own.

The reason: why iron pills should NOT be cut in half is exactly your problem..iron itself is VERY irritating to the mucosa (lining) of the mouth,pharynx,espohagis etc. My advice is drink lots of MILK,,,eat some soft BREAD and drink more milk! A simple x ray (flouroscope) can see if the iron is still there'
