left side of tongue sensitive/sore, also left throat, discomfort when swallow. some swelling left neck under jaw for 2 days. rt side is ok.  normal?

Not normal: Sensitivity on one side of the tongue with throat discomfort is not normal and somewhat concerning. You should start by having your primary doctor examine you and if need be, an ENT may need to look in your throat with a special camera. Should your throat discomfort worsen to a point that you are unable to swallow comfortably or begin to have difficulty breathing you should go to your nearest er.

the back left side of my mouth (roof of mouth, gums, into the throat) tingles a bit - almost like im thirsty. water helps but it comes and goes. jaw is a little stiff as i have tmj sometimes. diet has been spicy/salty lately. what could this be?

: Could be burn, gum disease, infected tooth/teeth, congenital neuropathy, neoplasm, allergies, reaction to medication, smoking (anything), and so man other possibilities. Have our Dentist examine you.

if i tilt my head to the left, i get some pain/pressure/discomfort in the middle of the right side of my throat, up to my ear. what could this be?

Eustacian tube: This is a tube that links the nasopharynx (back of the throat) to the middle ear. Allergies, and/or congestion in the Eustacian tube can cause your symptoms.

when i take shower at night left side neck gets stiff cause pain and on face too. jaw discomfort. my nostril + eye plugs up. why? solutions?

Unusual group of: Symptoms.  Migraine variant, sinus pressure might be possibilities. Need more data and probably an in person exam to get the most accurate diagnosis.

having pain/discomfort on left side in: breast area, neck, jaw, shoulder blade. been to cardiologist told me i'm fine. any advice/feedback?

To ER if still hurts: Please have someone drive you to the er or go by ambulance. I think this warrants a ct scan to rule out a subdural hematoma.

: Many things can cause pain in that area.  Keep a diary about when it starts/stops/gets worse/what makes it better and share wirth your Dr and can you all will figure it out.

Glands repond well: Any type of inflammatory problem in the head or neck can cause swelling in the glands.  From a cold virus to periodontal disease.  Don't assume it is just one thing.  If it lingers more than a few days have it checked by a doctor or your dentist.

Heavy thing: Please see your Dentist or your Physician to begin the diagnostic process. Once a diagnosis has been established the proper treatment regimen can commence, but until then "heavy thing" is not much to go on. Your problem may be dental or medical, but you need to be examined to find out.

Throat culture: You could have dental problems, strep throat or other infections.  This needs a visit to your doctor and dentist
