To ER if still hurts: Please have someone drive you to the er or go by ambulance. I think this warrants a ct scan to rule out a subdural hematoma.

Unlikely: Given your young age, it would be doubtful that you had a hemorrhagic stroke. If symptoms persist for over a day, would seek evaluation from your primary care doctor.
