: All imaging results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that,  a CT examination of the spine is warranted, as advised you your doctor.

could a cardiac neoplasm show up on an echo or chest x-ray?

Maybe echo: A mass inside the heart or in the wall of the heart would not likely show up on a chest xray.  If the mass was large enough or caused the heart to enlarge or if there was a pericardial effusion associated with it, there may be an indirect finding on the xray.  But the mass itself would not show up on the xray.  Ct of the chest could also potentially see a focal mass in the heart.

what would be a good, safe pain medication i could ask my pcp about for my thoracic back pain? it's constant and fairly intense for the past few years

Nsaids and non-nsaid: The most common over the counter pain medicines are Ibuprofen, naproxyn, aspirin (these are NSAIDS) and Tylenol (acetaminophen). In general any of these medicines can be used to treat pain. In general if you have a pain that does not go away it is a good idea to be evaluated again or feel free to get a second opinion.

IV drugs & Spine: Iv drugs do not give you spine disease, however, compromised immunity can make you more prone to an infection that can settle in the disc(s) in your back. 
Diskitis is the infection of discs , possibly due to dirty needles and compromised health... Not usual after 13 years though. Find a good doc and have yourself evaluated for a possible degereative cause maybe. Thx!

"Stretch marks" ?'s: Stretch marks from sudden loss of weight or post pregnancy are really tears in the elastic portion of the skin, and there is no medication remedy.  Surgery to remove the stretched skin may be considered, but see your gyn physician for guidance.

bought a nebuliser for 10months old baby as ive seen dr using it on the baby.i need advise on which medication to use in order to help clear her chest?

Caution: There are no non-prescription medications for use in a nebulizer. Normal saline is available over the counter &amp; is a good wetting agent that may help a kid who has thick secretions. It is imperative you know how to and keep the delivery system clean or you can make baby sick. The kids doc can decide if and what prescribed meds would be a proper depending on the situation.

Burns: Best would be to have her assessed in person for needs as the amount of skin involved, depth of burns and location will make a big difference. Best would be through her pediatrician or GP, but any other local urgent care centers would work as well.

Depends on cause: That would depend on the reason for the pain. Pain do to coronary artery disease might be treated with nitroglycerine or beta blockers. That secondary to pericarditis, with non-steroidals. Pain from a fractured rib would be treated with non-specific pain medications such as Codeine for instance. So it depends on what is causing the pain.

Depends: As you can see chest pain depends on the cause.  If the pain is from shingles the treatment is different than if it is from gastritis or pulmoary embolus or heart attack.
