Depends: If you care about sustainable farming practices, or lowering the carbon footprint of human activity; if you don't like consuming pesticides and other chemicals in your food; if you find peace of mind in eating food farmed as it has been for centuries rather than participating in one of the many modern chemical experiments on people, then yes.  If you don't care about these things, no.

Several options: Self worth is often a reflection of inner self talk and perceptions you have gained over your lifetime. A journey back thru why you have these ideas & how to modify them may require a therapist and  support group. You may want to look into a series of audio cd'd by jack canfield (available thru amazon) that can start you off.

Possibly: Pro:  your kids will love it and will stay healthy by using it.  It gives them something to do that does not require hands on from you

con:  there are know injuries from such equipment and it is an "attractive nuisance" which could injury someone else's kid if you are not supervising and this can lead to some liability.

i would like to know if b12 shots are worth it or is it just all hype?

Anemia: The only reason to take b-12 shots is to treat pernicious anemia, which is caused by b-12 deficiency; or if you have a condition that makes if difficult for your body to absorb b-12. It is not going to give you tons of energy or help you lose weight unless you are deficient enough to be anemic. B-12 is available orally, which is good enough for most people.
