I believe so: Studies show eye sun exposure can cause quicker development of cataracts also.

Generally yes: Depending on your symptoms and occupation, studies have shown a subjective preference for anti reflective coated lenses/anti glare glasses when used by patients engaged in a visually demanding occupations. See eyedoc2020@blogspot.com for references & more information.
