Self worth: That's a great question and lifelong quest. Invest in what is helpful to you. For every decision or choice you make, ask yourself what does it serve and is it helpful. Abstaining from impulsive or negative behaviors can also help. If low self-esteem comes from depression, work with a psychotherapist to facilitate your healing.

Self Worth: Confide in someone close to you to uncover the root of your low view of yourself. Try to be open to feedback and to developing strategies to change your old story about yourself. Consult a mental health professional to help you understand how you lost esteem and how to regain the goodness you were born.
