i have pain at the bottom of my heel , in the middle, that feels like a bruise, when i squeeze the side of my heel it hurts. is this plantar fascitis?

Calcaneal stress rxn: This could be plantar fasciitis but it is not so common to have pain on the sides of the heel bone (calcaneus). So i suspect this may be a stress reaction in the bone from overuse. Rest and a thick silicone heel cushion may help.

i have heel pain on the right side of my left heel. hurts even when resting. it's on the bone so doesn't seem like plantar fasciitis. what could it be?

Varies: There are a number of other possibilities, the more common of which include tarsal tunnel syndrome, a calcanesl stress fracture,  a tendinitis of the Achilles' tendon to name a few.  Don't hesitate to be seen for an accurate diagnosis.

Plantar fasciitis : Plantar fasciitis is a possibility specially if you have been walking a lot or standing up for prolonged hours ... If that's the case a rubber sole for your shoes is very effective and can be purchased from your local pharmacy ... Choose the best one if you go for it ... Obviously reducing weight on foot and less work is a must as well ...

Not the right site: The location of the pain does not fit with planter fasciiitis. Could it be from an ill fitting shoe? See if warm compresses provide relief. If it persists or gets worse, you may consult a podiatrist.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

i have heel pain only in one spot. it's the back inner side, where youd likely get scaly callus type skin you scrape off(i dont have that issue). no other area hurts, this area hurts me so bad i feel nauseated?

Achilles tendinitis : This is the area wear the Achilles’ tendon is attached. If you did not bruise the area tendinitis is then considered. Wearing high heeled shoes on regular basis can shorten the muscle/tendon.   Stretching the muscle properly may help.     heel lifts to both shoes may help take tension off the tendon. Icing and anti-inflammatory medication( ibuprofen or Aleve can help.

Plantar fasciitis: Plantar fasciitis is typically plantar heel pain normally first step out of bed in morning or getting up from rest. Pain in the arch can often be posterior tibial tendinitis. Pain on the outside of the ankle and foot could relate to the perineal tendons.

i am having a burning pain on my lower back right side. also behind my right knee to my heel hurts, plus my right leg jumps uncontrollably and painful. sometimes it hurts to walk and i am unable to get comfortable nor sleep. what could this be?

Common causes are bone spurs, inflammation where the tendon connects to the heel, bursitis and possibly even plantar fasciits.  I would seek the attention of an orthopedic foot and ankle surgeon. Plantar fasciitis : The most likely diagnosis is planter fasciitis. This is inflammation of your large ligament that inserts into your heel bone. You should get this evaluated by podiatrist. In the meantime you can do calf stretching, massage the ligament with a frozen water bottle or something similar. Anti-inflammatory medication will help as well if you can take it.
