: One bite is probably unlikely to do much harm. You may get a little diarrhea if it does not agree with you. Also it is unlikely to harm your baby. Continue your normal diet and drink plenty of fluids to keep hydrated.

: Listeria infection is quite uncommon. Is there any suspicion of cheese consumed was contminated? Did it look or taste bad?Fortunately, you are beyond first trimester which also reduces your risks, although listeria infections are 10 - 20 times as common during pregnancy.than in general population

Why risk it?: There really is no proven benefit to drinking apple cider vinegar, pasteurized or not, so why risk it while breast-feeding? I would recommend avoiding it. Hope this helps.
