Listeria infection is quite uncommon. Is there any suspicion of cheese consumed was contminated? Did it look or taste bad?Fortunately, you are beyond first trimester which also reduces your risks, although listeria infections are 10 - 20 times as common during pregnancy.than in general population

I ate from a cheese plate with unpasteurized cheese and am 15 weeks pregnant. I am very worried - should I be? Am I likely to be okay? Would listeria only be an issue if an outbreak occurred? What is the real chance of an issue? <1%, <10%, or more?

Don’t panic but yes, be concerned. Listeriosis often contracted from unpasteurized cheese, 3 cases/100,00 in US. 1600 cases total in US in 2015. Watch for stomach pain, muscle aches, chills, fever, nausea, vomiting or diarrhea. If ANY develop within next 7-10 days see your doctor PROMPTLY.
