Infection: Pasteurization techniques eliminate much of the worry over passing germs from the cow udder to a child or adult. A variety of germs can be present in the initial product, either from the skin or within the udder & not be visible during collection. The germs can feed of the components & reproduce in great numbers.A gastroenteritis caused by such germs is worrisome in infants who dehydrate quickly.

There is a list as : Long as your arm with diseases transmittable in unpasteurized milk that can harm and even kill your child. Unpasteurized milk is inherently dangerous. There really is no scientific information that it provides nutrients that pasteurization gets rid of.
