had u/s guided needle biopsy 1 week ago. breast is a bit itchy and swollen. not-hot, red or painful.
is this part of normal healing process?

Yes it is: Most needle biopsies heal within 7-10 days. But if they were more vigorous and bruised the breast a bit, it might take 2 weeks to heal. The fact that it is itching is a good sign that it is healing

if i have a red mark on my breast that's about the size of a dime and that isn't itchy or painful but is slightly swollen and raised (and isn't ringworm), what could it be? i've had it for the past 2-3 weeks?

: Because the breast has hair follicles, you may be experiencing a simple case of an infected follicle. You should be examined by an in person Dr, though to rule out other possible problems including skin infection, abscess or other more serious problems.

Eczema or ringworm?: Dry and itchy spot is probably eczema. You could try 1% Hydrocortisone cream otc for a week. If that does not help then an topical antifungal for 2 weeks could help with ring worm. If neither don't work then a trip to your doctor id warrented.

what causes a breast implant to hurt years after reconstruction?

Several things.: Scar tissue may form around the implant known as "capsular contracture". This can cause pain or discomfort and may require revision surgery. A proper medical evaluation by a board certified plastic surgeon is recommended.

Breast exam: Any sudden change in the breast is worth checking out. At your age of 16 this is most likely a skin issue than a breast issue. Start with your primary care doctor who can do an exam and then determine if a referral to a specialist is needed
