No, not if she: continues to get adequate fluids, nutrition and rest,  and avoids alcohol and other drugs which are sometimes used inappropriately to relieve tension. Depression is not uncommon, so that if her symptoms continue, please speak to her OB about this, as an Rx may be indicated.

Depends: Generally, tylenol (acetaminophen) is considered safe. You should, however, consult with your obstetrician before taking any medication (prescription or over the counter) during pregnancy.  It is best to avoid medications, if possible, during pregnancy and your doctor will weigh the risks and benefits of these medications when deciding. Massage and heat may be better for muscle tension headaches.

Most things are safe: In the first 2 months of pregnancy, an embryo is nonexistent to tiny, so physical activities should have no effect. If a later pregnancy is normal, then mild to moderate exercise will not make the pregnancy any more or any less successful. What will be, will be. Women even do sports activities early in pregnancy (Later in pregnancy, they do get larger changes in bodily weight and balance).

: I assume you're asking on behalf of someone else. Excedrin contains aspirin, acetaminophen and caffeine. It's probably okay to use Excedrin sparingly during the third trimester, but it would be prudent to avoid anything that contains aspirin and/or caffeine throughout the pregnancy. Acetaminophen (Tylenol) is OK.

you can do squatting with the help of chair on each side.
you can do thigh stretching by sitting on the chair and extend you leg, then bend it toward your abdomen by lifting then pressing.station bike exercise will help some,

not unusual: Almost certain that your headaches do not represent tumors, blood clots, or stroke risks, and will likely depart over next few weeks as you enter the second trimester of pregnancy.  Chances are that these are of migraine origin, but can handle this after labor and delivery if headaches recur.

Normal: There are many sensations during pregnancy, this may be even braxton hicks contractions.   Practice contractions in the uterus.   Always keep your OB informed o any change he knows you best.   Increasing pain, consistant pain or fver, discharge or bleeding should be immediately reported

But that still mean you must be evaluated with not just a uring HCG test but a serum HCG and probably an ultrasound of your right side. Chronic appendicitis can also create these symptoms. Please go see your primary md or your ob/gyn.
