Complicated Answer: Chances are if you already had a tubal pregnancy, the scar tissue from that event (even if non surgical) might preclude a second pregnancy in the same fallopian tube. But that still mean you must be evaluated with not just a uring HCG test but a serum HCG and probably an ultrasound of your right side. Chronic appendicitis can also create these symptoms. Please go see your primary md or your ob/gyn.
