Not really: I know of no research that ginger helps with sensitivity. The easiest would be to use a toothpaste that says for sensitive teeth. Don't use a whitening toothpaste. The most effective way would be done by your dentist.

Common nerves: The temporalis muscle is controlled by a branch of the same cranial nerve that gives sensory innervation to the face, teeth, tongue, maxilla and mandible. The 5th cranial nerve or trigeminal nerve is a very large nerve with 3 major sensory branches and motor nerve branches to the muscles of mastication. The temporalis muscle happens to be one of those muscles.

: As long as you do not have carious lesions or periodontal issues the concentrated fluoride toothpaste should help. If not, fluoride trays can be fabricated that you can fill with concentrated gel which can be worn an hour or so per day until the sensitivity is resolved.
