Musculo-skeletal: The differential can be varied but since you feel well otherwise i would suspect that this pain is being caused by a musculo-skeletal strain.  The possibility of an inflammation of the pleura, the covering of the lung and what is called pleurisy.  This problem can also cause pain on coughing and is usually associated with an infection.

Yes: Gastroesophageal reflux (GERD) can present in many ways.   Some people do not experience the "typical" heartburn and regurgitation.  They may have cough or get frequent pneumonia in severe cases.  If cough is the main symptom it makes sense to start with your PCP or a pulmonary doctor.  If either of them is concerned for reflux as a cause of your symptoms they will likely refer you to a GI doctor.

MRSA is staph: it causes boils and pink eye.
The pink eye of staph tends to have a LOT of gunk and inflammation with it.
Lung infection with staph would surely put you in the hospital ! (fever, severe lung problems, a lot of gunk being coughed up, etc.).

: Rest, stay well hydrated and self isolate. Eat a healthy diet and soup or broth may relieve throat pain. Fatigue is a common COVID 19 symptom. Monitor temperature and breathing, watch for shortness of breath. Have a Flu vaccine  and a COVID-19 vaccine after following up with your physician's office.

URI: Might be suggestive of an upper respiratory infection.  Check with your doctor to make sure you don't need antibiotics!

Maybe: Coughing can be caused by a variety of things.  A 'cold' or other respiratory infection is usually caused by a virus and resolves in 5-7 days, if it is getting worse or not resolving with standard over the counter remedies you should see your doctor.

Some of them: The best thing to do is ask your child's doctor. Many of the over-the-counter cough meds have  been shown to be ineffective in children, or cause side effects. When I do use one, I tend to use a simple antihistamine (Benadryl, Zyrtec) instead of a combination med. Honey (in warm water or tea) has also been found to be effective for cough- in children over 2 yrs old.
