Sore throat: Gonorrheal infection of the mouth is rare. Most gonorrhea infects the genitals or may spread through the blood causing fever, joint & muscle pain, headache & rash. Oral infection with gonorrhea is suspected when a patient who engages in unprotected oral sex informs their doctor. Gonorrhea may cause swelling and pain in the throat (pharyngitis) or it may cause tonsillitis & swallowing problems.

Can't be sure: The only way to be sure if this is gonorrhea is being tested. You could be exposed in more than one area and only be symptomatic in one. If you suspect any std, your partner should be evaluated/treated as well. Good luck!

: Two infections not prevented by a condom are HPV and HSV. These can be transmitted even when there are no visible lesions. 
The infections you mentioned are not likely. Condom also will not protect against ectoparasites like lice and scabies.
If you have any concerns, see your doctor and get tested.
Take HPV vaccine.

Shaking chills: You sound quite ill and it may or may not be from gonorrhea, but i would not take the chance. Gonorrhea is quite easily transmitted and you may be experiencing "systemic infection" (infection spreads via blood) and could potentially be fatal. Folks with 1 std often carry others such as hiv/herpes as well. Acute HIV can cause your symptoms too. So, please check in with your doc asap. Good luck.

GC - fellatio: You would be at high risk for becoming infected. Fellatio can lead to pharyngeal gonorrhea without you knowing it. Get tested.

LIttle or  no risk: Oral sex can transmit gonorrhea from the mouth or throat to the genitals, especaily oral sex on men (fellatio). Cunnlingus (oral-vaginal sex) rarely transmits it. Transmission probably is not through saliva, which kills or inhibits many germs, including gonorrhea bacteria. Transmission probably occurs primarily by direct contact of urethra (penile opening) with the back of the thorat.
