GC - fellatio: You would be at high risk for becoming infected. Fellatio can lead to pharyngeal gonorrhea without you knowing it. Get tested.

Infection: You will likely contract an oral std (...Or more than one, gonorrhea & chlamydia are often found together...And increased likelihood for hiv, etc.). About 1/2 get sore throat and/or flu-like symptoms. If worried about this possibility, need to admit it to dr, as routine throat culture often won't "grow" these, and antibiotic selection needs to cover them as well. Nothing wrong w/condom use!
