Colon cancer can have altered bowel habits, a positive fecal occult blood test, and fatigue from anemia seen on blood smear.  See your doctor to be sure what you have.

Talk to your pcp about colon cancer screen. Colon cancer is a best cancer to screen before you become symptomatic.
