None: Don't rely on symptoms to suspect colon cancer. We follow guidelines to screen colon cancer becuase by the time you have symptoms (i.e. Blood in stool or anemia, or abd pain etc) it may be too late. Colonoscopy it the best screeing test. Talk to your pcp about colon cancer screen. Colon cancer is a best cancer to screen before you become symptomatic.

Varies: Early colon cancer is generally asymptomatic. Later stages may cause change in bowel habits, intestinal obstruction, anemia, weight loss and symptoms from metastases. Colon cancer is preventable by screening colonoscopy.
