Vague abdominal symp: Early pancreaticcancer often does not casue any specific symptoms, other than vague abdominal discomfort. Back pain is one of the symptoms when the tumor invades surrounding tissues. Depending on the site of the tumor, jaundice may occur. Advanced lesions cause weakness, liver enlargement, weight loss etc.
