Maybe but....: Locally advanced or invasive cervical cancer may cause pain, but "cramps" have many much more common causes.  Cramps are common right before or during your menstrual period.  Pelvic pain can occur if you have a pelvic infection.  Bladder infections can cause a cramping sensation when you urinate.  Prevention is key. You should focus on HPV vaccination &amp; pelvic exams, pap tests &amp; HPV testing.

Nope!: Warts are caused by hpv, but there are many different types of hpv. The one that causes warts on your hands and feet is different from the sexually transmitted hpv that causes cervical cancer. Make sure to have regular pap smears. Paps will pick up signs of hpv infection in your cervix, and this can be treated before it becomes cancer.

: That symptom is not consistent with cervical cancer, especially your last PAP smear was normal. Spotting is not uncommon at your age; however, if you experience frequent vaginal bleeding, you should see your GYN doctor. Pelvic/low back pain is probably from sacroiliac joint.

Irregular vaginal bl: Vaginal bleeding other times than the monthly period is an early symptom of cervix cancer. Pain or discomfort are not early symptoms. But cervix caner is relatively slow growing and easy to detect if you are alert to any new vaginal symptoms especially unexpected bleeding or vaginal discharge. Bleeding after sexual intercourse can be a ealy clue.
