Irregular vaginal bl: Vaginal bleeding other times than the monthly period is an early symptom of cervix cancer. Pain or discomfort are not early symptoms. But cervix caner is relatively slow growing and easy to detect if you are alert to any new vaginal symptoms especially unexpected bleeding or vaginal discharge. Bleeding after sexual intercourse can be a ealy clue.
