i have a swollen lymph node in my left shoulder. it is not in my arm pit. it is in the front of my shoulder just above the crease of the bend. i have lost range of motion. i cant reach behind my back without excruciating pain. what is it. can i fix?

Behavior over time: This may not be a lymph node. Other things under the arm swell and get painful.  If there is clear redness, warmth, pain and discharge or a central "plug" to the lesion with a very superficial appearance this is very likely benign.  If there is progressive enlargement without the signs above it is time to see a doc.

They enlarge in response to the inflammation they create when they react.  They shrink when all is well.

Other symptoms: In that arm any swelling, skin lesions, pain, trauma, rash?  Your swollen lymph node is doing what is should do.  There may or may not be an important reason for why it is swollen.  OK to monitor for a month.  If it goes away, ok.  If not or gets bigger, see doctor.

Need to examine: What you described suggests an inflamed lymph node. Do you have any wound or injury on the hand or arm of the same side? It would be prudent to see your doctor for an evaluation as you may need antibiotic treatment. If you do no have access to a doctor, go the emergency room of a nearby hospital.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine

i have swollen lymph node on neck by adam's apple for months, i guess another on upper arm and another i guess high back neck. all left side. not sick?

They're your friends: All teens and young adults have a few palpable nodes. Different folks have them in different places. If they're not preposterously large, not fixed to nearby structures, and not accompanied by fever / weight loss / night sweats, leave them alone.

i'm 43 female. for a couple of months my right arm has been weak and achy now i have a swollen lymph node in my groin on the right side. any ideas?

No connection may be: most likely there is no connection it really depend first what is causing the ache and the weakness in your right arm if it was virus then the reactive lymph node in your groin could be related to that 
going back to your lymph node in the right groin lymph node react to virus,allergy,or bacteria 
not knowing what cause yours you need to see a doctor in case you need antibiotic good luck
